How do you pronounce Eludesions?
Eludesions is a play on two words.
We took the word "elude" and merged it with "illusions" to make Eludesions (Ee-lood-shuns)
How many clues do you provide?
Player experience is among our top priorities, which is why we offer unlimited clues to all groups. However, for groups seeking a greater challenge, we can limit clues upon request.
How long is each game?
All of our games are 60 minute experiences. Plus 10-15 minutes before and after gameplay for check-in and free group photos, if desired.
Are these games for children? Can children participate?
The puzzles in our games are geared more towards adults and teenagers, however, nearly all of our games* and themes are family-friendly. Children of all ages are welcome at Eludesions and often surprise us as the first to solve some puzzles. Childreen under 16 must have an adult with them in order to participate. We do not charge for children 6 and under.
*We do not recommend The Painter's collection for children as it is a horror-themed game with some of our most challenging puzzles.
Will we be grouped with other people?
Nope! All of our games are private experiences. Once you book, no one else outside your group can join!
Are we actually locked inside the game?
No, you will not. While some of the entrance doors to a few of our games do have magnetic locks on them, all of them can be immediately opened with the push of a button (clearly marked and easily accessible). In most of our games, however, the front door doesn't have a lock at all. The only doors that are locked and challenging to open are the ones that lead further into the game and further towards victory!
Will I need my phone, outside knowledge, or other tools or accessories?
Not at all. In fact, we strongly urge groups to leave their flashlights and blacklights at home as they could spoil some puzzles. You're welcome to take your phone with you into our games, however we as that you don't take photos or videos during gameplay. Additionally, you will never need any outside information to complete any of our games. Everything you need to solve our puzzles is provided in the game itself!
Do you accept walk-ins?
Games should be booked online in advance through our website. If we have availability, we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. However, we cannot ensure short-notice availability.
Rooms tend to be booked well-in-advance. We cannot guarantee that a spot will be available should you decide to walk in.
