  • How do you pronounce your name?

    Eludesions is a play on the words: "Elude" and "Illusions" (E-lood-shuns)

  • What is an “Escape Room” or “Escape Game”?

    An escape room is a game in which players solve a series of puzzles and riddles using clues, hints and strategy to complete the objectives at hand. Players are given a set time limit to unveil the secret plot which is hidden within the rooms.

  • What should I expect to do in an Escape Room?

    It is critical to understand that as soon as the clock begins you must be diligent in your efforts to find clues and solve those puzzles. Anything that is nailed down is not meant to be picked up or moved. If it is locked, you must find a key, word, or clue to unlock it. There is no climbing or searching above ceiling tiles. Everything you need is provided in an easy to access location, or you already have within your mind.

  • ​​Do I need any special knowledge or skills?

    Not at all! For each experience, Eludesions offers a dedicated game master to help guide our guests towards success. While there are no physical requirements - reasoning skills and imagination are a must in order to traverse our rooms.


  • What time do I need to arrive and how long should I plan to stay at Eludesions?

    Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your start time to check in with our receptionist and fill out any paperwork that may be required. This will ensure that you are ready to be received by the game master on time. Each game clock lasts 60 minutes from start to finish, and the clock starts with or without you.

  • What if I am running late?

    The game clock starts as scheduled! Late arrivals compromise the experience of those who planned accordingly and have arrived on time. Please understand that since this is a live event, we are required to enforce a firm schedule. If your game begins late, then it will make every game after yours start late. This is not fair to those other patrons and we will not compromise their schedules because of you.

       ~   If you have reserved the entire room - we must start the game clock at the scheduled time and you will be allowed to attempt to complete the room within the time remaining.

       ~   If you have not reserved the entire room and the game has already begun - you will NOT be allowed to join the game. We do NOT offer refunds, so please plan accordingly.

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule? 

    All sales are final.  With plenty of advance notice, Eludesions may authorize to reschedule your experience on a case by case basis only, and only during normal business hours when there is no conflict with other bookings.

  • ​Can children participate?

    While some of our escape rooms may appeal to the child at heart, our custom designs are tailored to challenge those aged 12 and up. If your group has children under the age of 12, you are required to click the "Make Private" option on the top left of the booking screen (unless you are purchasing all tickets for a full room) Anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult.  IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN WITH YOU AND THE ROOM IS NOT PRIVATE, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE OR MOVE INTO AN EMPTY ROOM.  We do NOT offer refunds due to your booking error. If you have children with you - you MUST make the room private.

  • Will I need to utilize my phone for any reason?

    No, you will not! Cell phones are not necessary in any of our experiences. In fact, the Eludesions team does not allow cell phone use within our rooms. We ask you please refrain from bringing your phone into the rooms altogether, but if you must, keep it stowed away and turned off. Just like going to the movies, phones can and will compromise the immersion of the other guests. Taking pictures or video within our rooms is strictly prohibited. Refunds will not be given for anyone removed from a game.

Saftey & Accessibility

  • Are escape rooms safe?

    Safety is our number one priority. Here at Eludesions, we have taken the next step to ensure all our exits are easily accessible and clearly marked. In the event of an emergency, all magnetic locks will disengage, emergency lighting will brighten, and sprinklers span the entire facility.

  • Will I actually be locked in a room?

    You will never be locked by key or combination in any of Eludesions' Escape Rooms. Locked doors are fitted with magnetic locks and most entry doors remain unlocked at all times.

  • ​Do I have to sign a waiver before entering a room?

    Yes. The Terms & Conditions are posted on our website as a subsection of this FAQ tab. There is also a Waiver you and your group will sign and agree to before experiencing any of our Escape Rooms. A link for this waiver can be found at the footer of the website at all times. Both of these documents are  posted on a plaque at the reception desk, and paper copies are available upon request.

  • ​Is Eludesions wheelchair accessible?

    Our facility is ADA compliant, however, there may be some props or items that are out of reach from a seated position.


  • Does Eludesions offer any discounted rates?

    Eludesions is honored to provide a discount to our men and women in uniform. This offer applies to all personnel - both active and retired. Eludesions offers discounts to all first responders, including fire, police and EMT.  To take advantage of this offer, please contact Eludesions Escape Rooms directly to reserve your booking. Valid ID must be presented upon arrival. Eludesions wishes to thank you all for your services to our community and our country.

  • Can you accommodate a corporate/team-building event?

    Absolutely! We can customize corporate events to meet your team-building needs. Availability changes daily so we encourage groups to reserve well in advance.

  • ​Can I book an experience as a gift?

    Of course!! An escape room makes a wonderful gift for that person who is difficult to buy for. See the "Gift Card" section of our Book Now page.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    Experiences should be booked online through Eludesions website. IF we have availability, we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. Rooms tend to be booked well-in-advance. We cannot guarantee that a spot will be available should you decide to walk in.

Off Hours & Corporate Reservations

We are happy to host events any time of day. Reservations outside of regular business hours require at least 5 days advanced notice (for scheduling purposes)  and require a minimum of 4 players.
